The Christian is a person who makes it easy for others to believe in God.
— Robert Murray McCheyne

1John 4:17 Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world.

There are lots of mornings, when my wife and I are making the bed, I tell her of some crazy dream I had in the night. Most of them make no sense to me and they are quickly forgotten. However, once in a while, I have a dream that is so clear cut, I know the Lord is speaking to me through the dream. That was the case last night. A man was talking with me of his walk with the Lord. He has been a friend of mine for many years and I have great respect for him. He is a well known man of God and if I told you his name, more than likely, many of you would know who he is. While there was no condemning or finger pointing in his words, I woke up feeling very convicted and not just challenged. Leonard Ravenhill said, “The question isn’t were you challenged. The question is were you changed?”

I believe the Christian walk is more than church attendance, tithing, witnessing, or even church leadership of some kind. I believe the true Christian walk, is a walk of continuing growth and transformation toward Christs’ likeness. You know, from glory to glory, right? (2Cor. 3:18) I am thankful that the Holy Spirit knows exactly what I need at the exact moment I need it! I am also thankful that Jesus chastizes all of us that He loves. Ha! I need no other proof than that! He surely does love me! I truly do want to be like my Lord Jesus! I do not want to be just challenged, I have got to change! Can you relate?

Every blessing!
